Riding Lessons



Horseback riding lessons are a great way for children to be introduced to the world of horses and to learn the skills needed to be effective and safe equestrians.  It is important for horse lovers of all ages to learn there is much more to horsemanship than riding.  Part of the partnership between horse and rider is also learning to care for these wonderful animals.   Riders are taught the basics of grooming, tacking up, health and nutritional care as well as how to safely handle horses in all situations.  In addition to the fundamentals of riding, students develop a caring partnership with the horse.

 

Children can gain so much from riding lessons. They learn  compassion for another being, patience, responsibility and a lot more.  This can result in a life long passion for horses and the enjoyment of riding

 

Lessons and horses available for beginner to advanced riders.  Lessons can be purchased as a monthly package consisting of four lessons.  Unused lessons will not roll over to the next month.

All beginner lessons are private.

Cost for monthly packages: $280.00

Private Lesson:  A one hour private lesson that is not  in a package.    $75.00
